Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s future in WWE is firmly in his hands as fans speculate about what lies ahead. Known as one of WWE’s greatest legends, The Rock also holds a position on the TKO Group’s Board of Directors, giving him a significant influence over his WWE appearances.

After wrestling in the WrestleMania 40 main event without any major injuries, there’s optimism that The Rock could step into the ring for more matches. However, no dates are confirmed for these potential appearances.

A recent rumor suggested that The Rock might miss WrestleMania 41 in April 2025 due to his busy schedule. But he quickly debunked this, calling it “bulls**t” and assuring fans that it wasn’t true.

According to Fightful Select, WWE remains a priority for The Rock, and he plans to appear in WWE when possible. Though movie projects and other business ventures keep him busy, he’s committed to staying part of the WWE “family” and intends to make appearances when his schedule allows.

The first WWE Raw episode to stream on Netflix is set for January 6 at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. Although WWE hasn’t officially promoted this venue, sources close to the Intuit Dome hint that The Rock may be there for the Netflix debut—though it’s not confirmed yet.

As for WrestleMania 41, WWE sources told Fightful that there’s no official decision yet on The Rock’s involvement. Predicting his future appearances remains tricky, as he chooses his commitments based on his schedule and interest. If he decides to appear, he’ll make it happen. Additionally, WWE insiders have not received any indication that The Rock “won’t appear” at WrestleMania 41.

The Rock’s last WWE appearance was at the Bad Blood event in Atlanta, where he shared an intense stare-down with WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and his WrestleMania 40 tag team partner Roman Reigns. He managed to make that appearance while in Georgia for a high school football game.
